From so many years my weight is same it is not gaining while I have increased my diet also and all the reports are also normal there is no problem in reports.

Healthy morning,
Eat high - calorie, high protein diet
Add an extra 250 to 500 calories per day
Avoid drinking lots of fluids with meals
Consume a high - calorie nutritional drink
If you’re still not getting enough calories, take a multivitamin and mineral supplement.
Hi I’m sure you’re blessed with a very very good metabolism hence your weight is the same & not going up or even down . It’s actually a very good sign but I won’t be able to provide much inputs as I don’t see you have mentioned your age, height & weight !?
