Ideal weight
What should be the good weight for a 5feet 10.5 inches guy , I am asking you because on BMI it says different and google has different opinion because of which I am confused . That's why I thought to ask with a professional . My weight is 90kgs right now.

Ideal weight -75kg Loose your weight with the help of fiber , protein.. Eat more salad in your diet .. Low gi food and fruit like guavav , naspati , apple ..

Hello! Try to maintain your weight around 75 kgs. So,you are likely to lose at least 15kgs. Hit the gym,lessen the amount carbohydrates. Take lots of salad. And,do take your dinner early. Stay blessed. Thankyou!

Somewhere between 76-78kg would be fine  Also body weight is not the only criteria to judge overall health. You could be weighing a little more or less but still be healthy.

Ideal Weight according to your height should be 77kg but 2kg you can include as for muscle mass so it should be 77kg to 79kg .

76 kg is your ideal body weight . From 73 to 79 kg you are perfectly fine not beyond that. Loose atleast 10 kg in a healthy way.

Indian ideal body weight is 18 to 23 BMI.Wt/Ht * Ht = BMI You need to reduce your body weight to ideal body weight
