Finding my ideal body weight
I am a 45 year old woman of medium built and height 5 ft 2 1/2 inches and having bengali diet. I am not under medication but have weak immunity and vaginal yeast from very early age. I am genetically prone to autoimmune diseases. So what should my ideal body weight be?
