Hi there...the ideal weight for your height is about 68kgs. 47 kgs is very less for your height and age. First and foremost there could be many reasons for that like high basal metabolic rate, undernutrition, hormonal imbalance. Primarily you need start taking more proteins and building muscle mass to increase your weight. Gaining weight and losing weight is not an easy and fast process. It requires a lot of time, patience and determination. Start having food rich in proteins like egg white boiled chicken pulses. Kindly do not refrain to protein powders given in gyms. They are harmful for health. Also you need start exercising daily like cycling, swimming. Also try consulting an endocrinologist and dietician at any hospital for further details
