Sudden weight fluctuation
Actually about 2 months ago I've gained 2.5 kgs of weight but then last month I have lost about 2.5 kgs of weight but this month I have again gained one kg of weight. I am doing about 5 kms of walk and keeping my diet in check and also my clothes fit me well. I dont know what to do?

Hi It could be due to water retention in the body. It could be due to hormonal imbalance. Follow a schedule for taking your meals. Don't drink water with meals, keep a gap of atleast 30-40 minutes for taking water after or before meals. Include green leafy vegetables and salad in your diet. Take care
