Hello! Weight gain in elderly, especially belly fat, can be due to: Age-related metabolism slowdown Low physical activity Hormonal changes (like reduced testosterone) Unbalanced diet or increased portion size Poor sleep or high stress
Next Steps
Since BP is under control and meds aren’t the cause, I recommend: A light, balanced diet rich in fiber and low in fats/sugar Gentle activity like walking or chair yoga Timely meals and early dinner Regular hydration and sleep schedule
Health Tips
For best results, get a personalized diet plan, I’d be happy to help further!
