Have whole grain cereals like bajra, puffed rice, rice flakes, whole wheat flour. Please have seasonal foods like dark green leafy vegetables like spinach(Paalak), Fenugreek (Methi), Bathua , Mustard leaves(Sarson)Mint, Jaggery, Beet root, Pomegranate etc. Take whole pulses like Lentils(Masoor whole), Bengal gram whole(Chana), Roasted chana. If you are non vegetarian then I would recommend fish like Bombay duck, Bhedki, prawns, egg(whole), chicken, meat and liver. Nuts like almonds, Til seeds, Water melon seeds, Cashews will help too.
Next Steps
Turmeric milk is suggested twice a day.
Health Tips
To increase Iron absorption I advise having lemon with your dish like Poha. Have good vitamin C in diet like Amla, sweet lime and oranges if available.

Hi, To have good Haemoglobin levels try to have iron rich foods - Dark leafy greens, such as palak, bathua, methi , dried fruit, like raisins and apricots. Peas, beans, beets and other legumes, seeds and nuts, organ meats, beef etc. Alongwith that take Vit C in your Iron rich foods to increase iron absorption more. Like add lemon juice to Poha, Amla to Palak & other greens etc.
