Abdominal Fat Accumulation
Hello Doctor,
Past couple of years I started gaining belly fat and along with this my right abdomen is gaining fat and now looks like a sack. Their is no pain but I'm worried. I do smoke 2 cigarettes a day. I'm worried as when I consulted doctor they said I need to get it removed my operation. Please suggest me other alternative habits or exercises or medication apart from operation. I don't want to cut my body. I'm worried. I do eat a lot. I'm normal in size. Only my belly appears like a balloon.
