Joint pain for a mother of two month old baby is due to calcium and iron deficiency which occurs as demand is more as you are Brest feeding the baby. Hence more milk, curd, cheese intake is required You could take Upto 3 glasses of milk and milk products a day at least Upto 6 months as you would be breast feeding. It is advisable to take a good calcium supplement for one to two months to enhance better joint support. More clarifications could consult directly.

Hi, Kindly consult Orthopaedic/ Physician for the joint pains. They might advise you the right supplements (calcium or vit d) depends on the requirements. If you are lactating, then might go for bamboo rice kanji in moderation.
