Kindly specify the purpose of taking the powder. Though it's nutritious but whether it's good for you or not that can be figured out only after your analysis check as you are suffering from thyroid

It's important to focus on a balanced diet that supports thyroid function and overall health. Firstly moringa contains compounds called goitrogens, which can interfere with thyroid function. Goitrogens are substances that can inhibit the uptake of iodine by the thyroid gland, potentially leading to goiter (enlargement of the thyroid gland) or interfering with thyroid hormone production. Few tips while taking care of thyroid: 1. Balanced Macronutrients: Aim for a balanced intake of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. Choose complex carbohydrates like whole grains, fruits, and vegetables, lean protein sources like poultry, fish, tofu, and legumes, and healthy fats from sources like avocados, nuts, seeds, and olive oil. 2. Limit Goitrogenic Foods: Some foods, including soy products, cruciferous vegetables (such as broccoli, cabbage, and kale), and millet, contain goitrogens that can interfere with thyroid function. While these foods can still be included in the diet, they should be consumed in moderation and preferably cooked rather than eaten raw. 3. Adequate Iodine: Ensure adequate iodine intake, as iodine is essential for thyroid hormone production. Good sources of iodine include iodized salt, seafood, dairy products, and seaweed. However, excessive iodine intake can also be detrimental to thyroid health, so moderation is key. 4. Nutrient-Rich Foods: Focus on nutrient-dense foods that provide essential vitamins and minerals, including vitamin D, selenium, zinc, and iron. Incorporate foods like leafy greens, nuts, seeds, legumes, fish, and lean meats into your diet. 5. Limit Processed Foods and Sugars: Minimize intake of processed foods, sugary snacks, and beverages high in added sugars. These foods can contribute to inflammation and may exacerbate thyroid issues. 6. Regular Meals and Snacks: Eat regular meals and snacks throughout the day to maintain stable blood sugar levels and support energy levels. Include a balance of protein, carbohydrates, and fats in each meal and snack. 7. Hydration: Stay well-hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day. Hydration is important for overall health and can support thyroid function
