I would first of all need to know why you have the need of the biotin supplement,
Need to know age, height, weight and family history, any deficiency ( symptoms if any).
Normally many natural foods like green leafy vegs, soya beans, avocado, sweet potato, eggs especially yolks, goat liver, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, broccoli, Brussels sprouts are wonderful sources of biotin include these in your diet.

Health Tips
We dont need to take biotin supplements as our body can synthesize biotin just we need to inhance our good bacteria
2. Please dont take pain killer much as it hinder biotin absorption
3. Dont eat raw egg as it also hinder
Don't pop up pills without known deficiency. Include those foods which are high in Biotin . Like Broccoli,spinach, cauliflower, sweet potato, legumes,nuts and seeds,avocado,banana,cheese , mushroom etc
As a dietician l will not suggest you to depend on supplement.
Will suggest you to include that food which is rich in boitin .
Add mushroom, beans,pulses,whole grain dairy products,veg such as broccoli, palak, cauliflower and add fruit like banana.
