Hi I would first of all need to know why you have the need of the biotin supplement, Need to know age, height, weight and family history, any deficiency ( symptoms if any). Normally many natural foods like green leafy vegs, soya beans, avocado, sweet potato, eggs especially yolks, goat liver, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, broccoli, Brussels sprouts are wonderful sources of biotin include these in your diet.
Next Steps
In case you need the supplement I could recommend Nutrilite biotin supplements. Pls contact on Practo for further doubts
