What Vitamins or Nutritional Supplements can I take for restoring back energy, muscle mass etc required after being 55 years old? Please suggest. I have become thin as compared to when I was in my 45-50 year s age. I have a thin body type and a controlled diabetic female from last 10 years. Also I get hot flashes after menopause.( Last 6-7 yrs). Any remedy or Natural herbs like Shatavari etc what can be taken and dose? Age 55+, Height 5'1", Weight 51-52 in between fluctuating.

Take more protein like fish, chicken,egg, dal, chana, chenna , paneer etc,,,, add curd with whute sesame seed for calcium. ... Take plenty of water.... Reduce bad fat intake like deeo fried foods, junk foods, red meat.
