The best is to take fish oil capsules after breakfast. Have your buttermilk before or after your lunch. Buttermilk is a probiotic and fish oil is also helpful in digestion so it is advisable to have it at spaced intervals instead of taking it together.

Hi Its advised to avoid eating multiple sources of protein at the same time. Both fish and buttermilk are high in protein. Taking both Proteins together can lead to Gut, indigestion and skin issues as well.
