I eat no bad food regularly. I never drink cold drinks rarely have ice cream. Even chips and other things once a month sometimes. But i have a habit of eating very small amount 1 tablespoon of bhujiya mixture regularly. Like 3-4 times a week. I eat 2 kinds of fruits daily and a healthy diet. I am 74 kg with 6'1 height. I am 24. Should i stop eating bhujiya. It is my gulty pleasure. Will it harm my health
