Iron 32.8 mcg/dL against reference 37-170 TIBC 452.7 mcg/dL against reference 265-497 UIBC 419.9 mcg/dL against reference 190-350 %TS 7.24 against reference 15-45 B12 288 pg/mL against reference 239-931 Does this mean iron deficiency or problem with iron absorption? How to cure iron deficiency through a plant based diet?
