I have sinusitis and allergy issue and my nose is always blocked. Especially in winter, I have a runny nose etc. Should I drink ginger oil with hot water every morning?

Drink herbal tea ,tulsi ,mint, dry ginger powder, turmeric 1 pinch black pepper  boil for 10min and strain and drink . Put mustard oil in nose
