Good evening sir, please start a diet plan and well balanced intake of healthy foods. I would suggest you to first stop fried stuff and sweet foods. Include more of fresh fruits and veg salads. You don't need ashwagandha as for now, but I would suggest you home remedies and herbs which will improve your liver heart and compete body functions. Can you contact directly because in your reports I found cholesterol is ok but triglyceride and VLDl are disturb generally if VLDl is high then triglyceride, LDl and VDl are also disturb. So better directly contact to dietician for one to one consultation .
There is variation in level of sgpt and triglycerides
For that we have to make variation in your routine diet so that you will get recovered from that between 1-2 months time line

According to your reports you should do following dietary changes
1. Include good fats in your diet ( for cooking use mustard oil and groundnut oil in combination )
2. Include flaxseeds and coconut powder in your roti
3. Include more salad in lunch and dinner
4. Include fruits in diet
5. Limit the intake of sugar
6. Stop consuming processed foods
7. Include yellow tea (grated ginger +cinnamon +turmeric +black pepper ) at least once a day

As per the reports, Lipids are on higher side & liver health is affected. Both of these would be managed well not only through Dietary changes but overall changes like you need to be more Physically active, water intake should be high & by taking balanced meals including all nutrients (carbs, protein, fats, fiber, minerals, vitamins & water). Cut down on high salt, high sugar, high fat items. Limit all processed, preserved, packaged & outside food completely.
