Healthy evening
Actually, certain foods can increase your blood iron levels if you have iron deficiency anaemia .
These include meat, poultry, eggs, and fish that are rich in a type of iron called heme iron . Fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts and certain non- heme iron which can support an anaemia diet.
To boost iron absorption
1. Consume vitamin C ( found fruits and vegetables)
2. Includes animal protein (heme ) and plant ( non heme ) source of iron such as meat and beans.
Health Tips
Actually people think iron deficiency and haemoglobin are same but they are quite different.
Iron is component of haemoglobin and is also found in other part of body . It’s possible to have normal haemoglobin but low in iron .
Hi,
have you done your iron profile? Have foods like more Green leafy veggies, nuts, seeds, eggs, chicken etc. along with Vitamin c or lemon, amla etc. your question is somewhat not clear to answer adequately.
