Good morning, Vitamin B-12 is water soluble vitamin. Vitamin B-12 is high increase water intake. Avoid supplements, in addition to dietary changes, regular exercise can also help lower high vitamin B-12 . Exercise helps to improve blood circulation and absorption of vitamin B-12

Its quite high please maintain your water intake and avoid any supplement that you are taking increasing other foods than red in diet
