Hello, Wishing her a healthy & happy life.. You can take 5-7 ml of ACV in 300 ml of water can give you benifit.. if you take more Apple Cider Vinegar, or less water there are chances of teeth decaying in long term use so you can use this for short interval along with some add ones. The matter is only a super food like chia seed or ACV can't change or transform , it requires modified diet planning & timings of each meal is very important.. You can search me Dietitian Souvik Chakraborty to be connected further.. All the best...

Hi, She shouldn't be dependent on superfoods for the weight loss. She should have balanced meals comprising all nutrients like Carbs, protein, fiber, fats vitamins & minerals. Must keep the water intake good. Keep the stress at bay & regularise her sleep cycles. For personalised guidance & plan regarding weight loss, share her Bio details, medical history if any & routine details.

Acv is recommended for weight loss and controlling diabetes. But you need to have it in dilution that is 10 ml in 150 ml water...and also in the morning Post which u will have your breakfast and the one with mother culture is a probiotic so have that only ... continue for a month and then discontinue.

Hi, as you have mentioned that your mom does not have any health issues and is only trying to keep her weight in check, i would suggest that she focuses mostly on having healthier meals...she can easily maintain her weight by including whole grains, fresh and seasonal vegetable and fruits, pulses etc. Coming to your main question which is if she can have apple cider veniger...Acv is generally safe for consumption but i would not suggest for her to have on a regular basis...if at all she wants to have it...she may take it once or twice a week one table spoon mixed in a glass of cold or luke warm water after lunch or dinner. Regards, Dt.syeda.
