In some people, acidity is caused due too little stomach acid. Such people are advised to take apple cider vinegar to increase the stomach acid.
So, you should know the reason behind your acidity and then take any home remedies. If you have high levels of stomach acid, you can have fennel(Sauf) water, honey tea, alovera juice, buttermilk, yogurt, kombucha, etc.
Apple Cider Vinegar with mother culture ( the cloudy brown variety is considered to be a probiotic and should be taken in a controlled amount ( 2 tsf ) in water .
This is good for consumption, but please try try first and see if you are tolerating well and then continue for 2 months.
Stop it after that.
There're other things to try for acidity like green saunf, chilled milk, tulsi leaves etc.
Some lifestyle changes like try to wear loose fit clothes, keep your head up while sleeping. Don't lie down immediately after taking meals etc

Although it is a fermented apple juice, the acceptability depends on the individual, have you tested by consuming the same,if there is no tendency for increased acidity then it is fine,as you have mentioned it is not comfortable for you ,kindly avoid and check for alternatives from your coach if need be.
