Hello, Vinegar is acetic acid. It has been found to suppress appetite if consumed with proper directions and proper timing and the quantity way to drink is very important for the results you seek. Do not consume more than twice as it can cause acid reflux

When I say lifestyle changes, it's your eating habits, physical activity, sleep and stress. Please start working on these and u will notice wonders! Only vinegar tabs will not be responsible for the weight loss. You have to focus on healthy eating. Limit all processed preserved packaged and outside food completely. Stop smoking and hard drinks if any. Take 3-4 lit of water everyday. Do physical activity/ exercise for atleast 1 hour each day. Time discipline for all meals and other activities should be fixed.
