Hello,
I am a breastfeeding mother of 11 months old baby . Can I consume apple cider vinegar or not . After my delivery, I have gained lot of weight. I am about to cross 100kg then I started doing low carb diet & lost some weight . Recently, I have ordered plix acv which helps to maintain the metabolism & bloating issues . Does it harm to my baby or not ? Should I take this or not ?

What are milestones of your baby, sitting, trying to stand etc, give details based on which start brisk walking along with baby on pram if possible, it takes atleast 6 months to a year for the hormones to get regulated to support post pregnancy fat shedding so regularise your eating pattern do timely eating avoid all packaged & ready to eat foods ,simple sugars
Include fibre, vitamins & minerals rich fruits vegetables along with ample sources of protein
Hi
Mam, I understand your concern regarding your excess weight.
But my sincere suggestion is not to start trying to lose weight until the baby is minimum 3 months old as baby’s main source of nutrition is mothers milk and do not deprive the baby of that. You can follow moderate carbohydrate diet incl plenty of fruits and vegetables in your diet.
After a month or two after a check with your gynaecologist to see all is well, start walking and slowly slowly increase your exercise levels.
Yes you can take acv but only taking that will not help you in weight loss you need a proper post pregnancy diet for that please contact through practo app
Healthy evening,
It can be consumed in Small quantities or taken as a supplement
Try to healthy nutritious diet to keep yourself fit during lactating stage .
At the moment as you are feeding your baby you should avoid taking any external foreign agent. That will directly affect your baby.
Weight loss is a natural process. Post partum weight loss is easy. You can start following
a balanced meal followed by mild cardio exercise.
Plenty of water during the day
Salad before meal
Most fruits and salad during the day.
Enrich your protein intake instead of excessive carbohydrate.
For best and specific results you can get your constitution done and go accordingly.
Please book a consult, losing pregnancy weight can be overwhelming
you can increase your activity level and eat a well balanced diet and just that should be enough .
Occasional Apple cider is not harmful but make sure it is pasteurised and give a gap of 4hrs before feeding your child .
