For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet ,exercise and walk early morning and evening. Take high fibre food in ur diet . Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet . Hi, You need to change your exercise patterns, if you are not getting results from the present one. Changes in your food habits may also yield good results. Limit all processed, preserved, packaged & outside food completely. Cut down on high salt, high sugar & high fats to reduce the overall fat in the body.

Try to facial yoga it take little time but definitely show results And check your thyroid profile also
