How to reduce fatty liver by controlling diet and exercise? I am also having thyroid issues. kindly suggest some exercise.

Good evening 1.If u having fatty liver problems then u will have high cholesterol as well. 2.Do u having symptoms of acidity or bloating? 3.How many times u go for motion or feel constipated? 4.Fatty liver which Grade I,II,III? 5.How frequent u have alcohol? 6.How many you eat from outside food?

there are so many reasons of fatty liver . so first we have to know the root cause of fatty liver after then we can work on the right direction. 1. include alkaline vegetable 2. avoid acidic food like oily / fried 3. small and frequent meals 4. early dinner 5. include more fiber in diet like oats n dalia
