Refined carbs White bread , maida , bakery foods, excess white rice, instant noodles Choose whole grain instead of 3. Fried and oily foods Samosa , chips, namkeen , fast food 4. Processed foods Sausages, processed snacks, food high in trans fat 5. Alcohol If you have fatty liver avoid alcohol is one of most important step Food that help : Vegetables Fruits in moderation Whole grains Dal, beans, sprouts Fish and lean protein Nuts Olive oils Home remedies: Lose excess weight gradually Walk daily-30-45 min brisk walk Stay hydrated -drink enough water throughout day Sleep well -7-9 hours of sleep Avoid unnecessary supplements like liver detox
