Hi dear, fatty liver grade I is reversible problem, it would be great if you can share your current weight and height so that I can guide you for the same.
To prevent and cure fatty liver you need to decrease fat and refine product in your diet along with nutrient dense foods like fruit and vegetables.
Avoid non veg.
