For knee and joint pain, include anti-inflammatory foods like raw turmeric (haldi), ginger, garlic, and methi seeds in your daily meals. Omega-3 rich foods like walnuts, chia seeds, and flaxseeds help reduce joint stiffness and pain. Eat more green leafy vegetables like spinach, methi, and bathua—they have calcium and antioxidants good for bones and joints. Low-fat milk, curd, and paneer support bone strength—have them in moderate amounts if your liver is fatty. For fatty liver, focus on high-fibre vegetables like broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, and beetroot—they help cleanse the liver. Include lauki, torai, karela, pumpkin, and carrots—these support liver healing and reduce fat buildup. Fruits like apple, orange, papaya, berries, and pomegranate are excellent—they’re liver-friendly and rich in antioxidants. Avoid deep-fried food, bakery items, cold drinks, and too much sugar or white rice—they worsen both joint pain and fatty liver. Use less oil, and always prefer cooking in olive oil or mustard oil in small amounts. Drink enough water, and have a cup of warm water with lemon or ajwain water in the morning—it supports liver function and reduces inflammation. "Avoid alcohol completely as you have a fatty liver. Also, stay away from non-veg foods like red meat, as they can make it worse."
Next Steps
Take care of your liver by eating light, staying active, and avoiding harmful foods.

Hi You need vitamin D and calcium. Please do a blood test and see. For fatty liver, cut down on unhealthy fats like fried and processed foods. Eat more home cooked meals. All fruits and vegetables are fine. Eat one seasonal fruit a day.
