Everything is ok as long as it is under supervision and modified with the changing body demands

Only when prescribed, not do self- medication & supplementations.  It can damage liver organ. Scars have been found in the liver on those who have taken protein supplements. If you are a non- vegetarian eat fish, Salmon, tuna, mackerel. If vegetarian, eat walnuts, flaxseeds & more...  .. High quality protein we get from non- vegetarian foods  animal foods, it's products and from beans, lentils, milk& its products.

Taking supplement is not a very good idea .they are always suppose to support youydiet incase of deficiency..hence the first step should always be to qualify our diet in terms of quality and quantity.. Thanks.. U may connect directly for further details..

Hi, Supplements are advised when you are not getting nutrients from the diet. If your diet is enriched with all nutrients (macros & micros) then supplements plays a secondary role.
