Persistent fatigue can sometimes be due to nutrient deficiencies, so a good multivitamin can help. Look for one that includes Vitamin B12, Iron, Vitamin D, and Magnesium, as these are often linked to energy levels. However, it’s best to get your blood tests done first to identify any specific deficiencies. Hi Please talk to your doctor, do a blood test and get a supplement if you have deficiency. Taking a general multivitamin will not fix the issue.

For any multivitamin better to get the blood test done. Also nutrient deficiency is due to low metabolism rate and less efficacy of liver. Better to work on root cause instead of taking supplements.
