Dear Sir/Mam
Due to Covid 19 situation, I don't have regular access of green vegetables and fruits, and at times I'm avoiding it consciously out of fear of Corona.
So in order to maintain the right
vitamin and mineral balance in the body, can you please suggest some good multivitamin tablets which are safe and can be taken by a healthy and active individual.
I workout for 60-80 minutes daily and follow this diet routine :
EARLY MORNING : Amlika Rasayan followed by soaked black raisins.
BREAKFAST : 25 almond kernels, soaked overnight
with a handful of raisins.
POST WORKOUT : 300ml full cream milk + handful of raisins or 2 bananas.
LUNCH : Boiled garbanzo beans+ handful of Boiled Rice + Mixed Pulses (cooked, 1 bowl -300ml)
EVENING MEAL : Boiled peanuts and grams with raisins)
DINNER : 1 bowl Oats with 10 almonds and raisins, (300 ml milk, 50 gm oats )
Kindly suggest me the right Multivitamin tablet to supplement my diet during these times.
