Hi. Being a nutritionist, supplements will not be recommended by me. But, I will ask you to take more of Fruits and Green Leafy Vegetables in your diet. Omega 3 is considered a good fat, that is why, it required by our body to maintain the level of Good Cholesterol, I. e., HDL.

Hi It's a myth that food cannot meet your requirement of Vitamin and minerals. Vitamin minerals are micronutrients which are required in very less quantity by the body. So you are really meet its  requirement by the food itself. You no need to take any supplements. I would recommend you to meet an expert for consultation who can guide you better for the same... I work online globally so if you want to consult with me then you can  call or WhatsApp at the number mentioned on my Practo profile. You can have a online or telephonic appointment also.
