Indulge more in physical activities like cardio and strength training which will improve the hormonal balance.
Regularize your sleep patterns as irregularity may disrupt the hormonal balance and lead to irregular periods.

While vitamin E can help reduce menstrual pain and blood loss, its ability to directly "regularize" menstrual cycles is not well-supported by evidence; consulting a professional is best for menstrual irregularities.
