Yes, omega 3 supplements are generally safe to consume when consumed in the right dosage. They play a role in reducing inflammation, improving heart health, brain function and support skin health. Truebasics omega 3 is a good quality supplement which is safe to use. Here are some points to keep in mind: - If you are on blood thinners, anticoagulants, or having bleeding disorders consult a professional before consuming the supplements. -  Instead of opting for a supplement try to consume foods rich in omega 3 such as walnuts, chia seeds, flaxseeds and fatty fish like salmon or sardines. - You can add these foods to smoothies, sprinkle them on fruits, curd or oats for better absorption.

Hi Omega 3 and omega 6 soft gels are good for health specially good for the heart, skin and overall well being of the person. You could take one tablet everyday after your meals. Preferably in between your meals ( half way) and an omega 3 fish based oil is better than vegetarian source and the reason I suggest you take it before you finish your meals is to avoid a fish burp. Thank you
