The foods rich in vitamin B12 are sea food like crab, oyster, mackerel fish, liver. Vitamin b 12 is also found in milk, milk products like cheese, curds, eggs, foods made from yeast and fortified cereals. Vegetarians usually suffer from vitamin b12 deficiency. In that case vitaminB12 supplements are suggested.
