U take plenty of vegetables,fruits and greengram sprouts every meal. Also millets have multiple nutrients as minerals,vitamins ( ragi,jowar,finger millets) Dry fruits as almonds,walnuts,raisins figs will give iron calcium,fibre,omega 3 fatty acids. Gingely,jaggery flax seeds,horsegram,black cumin also gives the required omega3 fatty acids. Ghee is a omega 3 fatty acid with low glycaemic index,so recommended in diabetic and obesity also. Enough water to drink,leisure sleep of 6 hrs at night,will keep u fit. Physical activities as exercise,yoga,playing sports  for a minimum of 2 hrs are equally necessary for keeping fit.
