A supplement should be used as just that i.e it should supplement your nutritious meals and should not be taken as a substitute for not eating healthy food or living a healthy lifestyle. Nutritional deficiencies (common ones being iron, b12& d3) , hormonal imbalance, lack of sleep or a poor lifestyle can lead to fatigue. First you have to identify what's causing you to be fatigued. Then correct the root cause of it. I have provided several tips on healthy eating and lifestyle on my Instagram profile. You can check the same on : www.instagram.com/radianthealthbymukta Or read my blog article for detailed tips in this topic on my website : www.radianthealthonline.com If you need quicker results, a customised diet chart can help you accomplish the same. Feel free to reach out for professional guidance. Hope this helps !

I am not against supplement but without proper blood profile don't add on supplement. Most of the time balanced and customised diet work far better than supplement. If you want to take supplement I would say still 70%diet and 30% supplement work. Excess of any nutrient interfere with the metabolism of other nutrient, so consult with expert, understand your needs then decide which supplement is needed.
