Healthy evening sir, Irritable bowel syndrome is a chronic functional gastrointestinal disorder. Enjoy meals at regular times , chew well and eat slowly. Drink at least 8 glass water per day including water, herbal tea, green teas, to stay hydrated. Choose cooked veggies bcoz easier to digest. Add certain fibre if you are constipated such as oats, Flaxseeds, inulin or psyllium. Limits gas producing vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, Brussels and legumes like sprouts, lentils, chickpea, black beans which trigger symptoms. Enjoy physical activity this helps reduce gas, bloating, stress and anxiety. Including probiotics like fresh buttermilk & curd in diet.
Health Tips
Consider a short term trail of a daily probiotics for atleast one month and monitor symptoms. Manage stress and anxiety.
