My ibs symptoms are constipation with lot of flatulence, mild bloating and mucus with or without stool.

Enjoy meals at regular times , chew well and eat slowly.
Drink at least 8 glass water per day including water, herbal tea, green teas, to stay hydrated.
Choose cooked veggies bcoz easier to digest.
Add certain fibre if you are constipated such as oats,
Flaxseeds, inulin or psyllium.
Limits gas producing vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, Brussels and legumes like sprouts, lentils, chickpea, black beans which trigger symptoms.
Enjoy physical activity this helps reduce gas, bloating, stress and anxiety.

Gud after noon pls try to have a fiber rich diet not very high or not very less, avoid fatty foods mostly have plenty of water n do light form of exercise like yoga for minimum of 30mins.
