Lost 46 kgs In a year.....but!
Last Feb I took resolution I want to reduce weight at any cost when I was around 139 kgs Recently 1 year after commitment I lost 46kgs and now my weight around is 93 kgs.i completely avoid rice and carbs I am satisfied...but since 1 month my stomach craving for carbs and rice 🍚 during midnight I went to kitchen and finding for carbs like sugar,rice,chocolates,snacks etc etc .I am getting little drowsy in head and lack of body stability. I)is this because of lack of carbs and glucose to the brain 🧠? 2) does body needs carbs daily even in diet? but carbs promote weight gain.thats y I reduce intake carbs.. 3) how much quantity and how much intake of carbs are required even in dieting? Does low energy and drowsy and body instability because of glucose and carbohydrates to brain 🧠Please clarify

Hello Hope you are doing well Yes we need to eat carbohydrates in daily routine to give energy to our brain and nervous system as these two systems works only on carbs fuel So if you will not eat adequate amount of carbs you will have symptoms like headaches, drowsiness , craving for energy dense foods So please eat adequate amount of carbs and for the adequate amount you need to tell me about your age , height and weight and physical activity

Hi Carbohydrates are definitely the primary source of energy to the body. You losing weight is good but strict diet and strenuous exercise all through the year is not the fad of the day. Ultimately on the long run you have to settle down to Noel routine. Normally the percentage carbohydrates in your routine suggested is 40-50% if u try to complete cut down carbs and have only proteins and fats the breakdown products will get accumulated in body and give more efforts on the heart and kidneys to pump out the extra toxic materials. Hence carbohydrates has to incl in your diet or else u could end up have ketosis and kidney and liver issues. The carbs you eat could be for the much neglected part of the food kingdom millets ( ragi, Samai, little millet, barnyard millet), oats, quinoa etc
Health Tips
Suggestion have millets instead of rice and give yourself a CHEAT day That day you could have white rice. Once in while giving in to temptation for sweets or chocolates is not wrong. The cheat day could be once a week or once in ten days. If you go out for a party and wedding and splurge on the menu main sure next day your extra careful in your diet. Share details of your physical activity pattern Did you happen to reduce body weight only through LOW carb Diet Because depending on your activity your body needs to supplied with carbohydrates but the choice of carbs is essential to avoid and restrict cravings for energy dense foods.

Gud morning try to have a proper diet and do exercise daily to maintain weight. All carbs are not bad, try to reduce simple carbs like white rice n instead of tht have complex carbs like brown rice, millets like oats, daliya, ragi etc. Change eating habits pls.

It could be due to stress or anxiety other than diet control So follow diet in particular pattern and have all food groups Do mediation daily Workout 5-6 days a week Add different food groups in different amount
