Hi Exercise alone does not yield weight loss Min 40-45mins exercise along with a balanced diet cut off too many carbohydrates eating 4-5 serving of vegs and fruits. Drinking sufficient sufficient of water sometimes a little more than sufficient to flush the wastes from the body. And in nuts like flax seeds, sunflower seeds and chia seeds for a snack.
Next Steps
A small suggestion while trying to do belly fat reduction tie a broad band around the belly so when u r doing the stretches and weights or even cardio the belly muscles don t sag. For more personalised tips and suggestions connect to me through Practo.
