I want to reduce belly fat percentage. I am doing exercise regularly my weight decrease by 6 kg but belly fat not reduced

Follow diet strictly with exercise and walk early morning and evening. Do belly related exersice ,  sit up ,crunches,aerobic ,cardio ,jogging

Hi Exercise alone does not yield weight loss Min 40-45mins exercise along with a balanced diet cut off too many carbohydrates eating 4-5 serving of vegs and fruits. Drinking sufficient sufficient of water sometimes a little more than sufficient to flush the wastes from the body. And in nuts like flax seeds, sunflower seeds and chia seeds for a snack.

Do particularly belly fat exercises Avoid junk , fried foods and processed foods. Eat more fruits and vegetables

You have to do some particular exercises for the belly area. Low Carbohydrate and low fat intake is recommended
