Hi Good morning! Have you checked for insulin resistance? Some people have this body type. Try to lose weight with a healthy diet. If you follow a crash diet your weight is likely to bounce back. Start exercising with a mix of cardio and strength training, consult a fitness trainer for this.

This is clearly due to insulin resistance! Crash diet will not help. Only way out is to exercise a mix of cardio and moderate weights with more repetition .Calorie deficit diet with low fat and moderate protein. Avoid maida, rice, sugar, sweets, banana. Have fluids and 1/2 tsf saunf ( fennel seeds ) after every meal. Green Tea

Improve nutrition, increasing activity and making other lifestyle changes can help people to lose fat. A healthy balanced diet can help lose weight and is also likely to hava a positive effect on their overall health.
