What's your height and weight? Take fibrous food's to reduce weight. Follow schedule daily Early morning empty stomach two glasses of water 6am Morning tea 6am Walking or yoga Breakfast 8am Lunch 12noon Evening tea 4pm Walking or exercises 5pm Dinner 6pm Bedtime 10pm Take high fibre diet n low fat n carbohydrates diet plan and do exercises. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods junkfoods,fatty foods and sweets and cold drinks. Water intake 16glasses daily.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
