Dear Practo user, Best thing you have done to yourself is that, you are feeding your baby. It helps bond with your baby and helps to loose your pregnancy weight very fast. It's just that you have to stay away from refined sugars, high fat diet etc. Take small meals at every two hours of intervals. Please add one hour daily excercise routine. It can be bifurcated to half an hour morning and half hour evening routine.
