Hi I am 5'2" 79 kgs, I had c section 45 days back. Before pregnancy I was 80 kg and now after loosing pregnancy weight I am 80 kg. I want to loose more weight and want to get in shape . But, you can do and eat all that is healthy like avoid refined sugar, maida have a good mix of dal and legumes. Start walking on flat surface for 10 mins
Take home cooked meals comprising all nutrients macros and micros. Take good fats, carbs n protein. Limit all processed preserved packaged and outside food completely. Stop hard drinks and smoking if any. Take good water intake of atleast 3-4 lit a day. Lactation is also going to help to loose the extra pounds.
Alongwith the dietary changes, lifestyle modifications must be done like Physical activity for atleast 1 hour, time discipline should be fixed for all meals and other activities. Try getting sleep for 6-8 hrs min.
