Protein powder after c section
Hi I am 5'2" 79 kgs, I had c section 45 days back. Before pregnancy I was 80 kg and now after loosing pregnancy weight I am 80 kg. I want to loose more weight and want to get in shape . Can I start mild exercise? Which protein powder can I take? as I was taking pro PL lite while pregnancy. also what dietary changes I can do to loose weight? Kindly answer

You will loose some weight in the months to come. For further weight loss you can eat a well balanced diet, start some physical activity when appropriate and make some lifestyle changes. No need to start protein powders for weight loss right away. Right now spend time with your baby and enjoy this phase.

No not now, in C sec you should give your body to recover for 1 whole year.. Yes you read that right!! But, you can do and eat all that is healthy like avoid refined sugar, maida have a good mix of dal and legumes. Start walking on flat surface for 10 mins

Take home cooked meals comprising all nutrients macros and micros. Take good fats, carbs n protein. Limit all processed preserved packaged and outside food completely. Stop hard drinks and smoking if any. Take good water intake of atleast 3-4 lit a day. Lactation is also going to help to loose the extra pounds. Alongwith the dietary changes, lifestyle modifications must be done like Physical activity for atleast 1 hour, time discipline should be fixed for all meals and other activities.
