Congratulation New Mom!!! After C Section, it requires some time to heal it from the inner side even it's pesting. In case of cold beverage it can cause cough & cold, & in cough, the place got disturbed & unhealed. If you can tolerate the chapatis,it's fine & good for your GI clearance. For the best diet plan & exercise plan to stay healthy & prevent after C-section tummy, or stretch marks, ask me directly for 24hours diet & exercise plan. Thanks Dt.Souvik
