Don't rush out things. Birth is a long & natural process. Let the body heal out on its own.
Take home cooked meals comprising all nutrients macros and micros. Take good fats, carbs n protein. Limit all processed preserved packaged and outside food completely. Stop hard drinks and smoking if any. Take good water intake of atleast 3-4 lit a day.
Alongwith the dietary changes, lifestyle modifications must be done like Physical activity for atleast 20-30 min. Time discipline should be fixed for all meals and other activities. Try getting sleep for 6-8 hrs min.
