Diet Post C section delivery
Hi, i am pregnant and doctor has advised for C-section delivery as per my condition. I would like to know that which foods should I avoid immediately after delivery and then in upcoming weeks? And what food I should eat for my better recovery and for better health of my baby?

Hello Include more protein rich foods and fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid gas forming foods. Take soaked almonds, black raisins and walnuts in the morning. Take low fat milk and milk products. Keep yourself hydrated. Thanks

Hello! Avoid egg yolk and meat for first 2 weeks. You can have egg white. Have lots of vegetable soup,and mixed veg.curry. Stick to homemade food only. Stay blessed. Thankyou!

You should have water 2-3 liters of water Have meals in time like 6-7a.m 8-9a.m 10-11a.m 12-2p.m 4-5p.m 7-9p.m Have portion size diet Do walk and basic yoga after 25 days from delivery increase it
