Arm fat problem
Hi doc, whenever I eat sweet or dry fruits, even though i take in limited quantity my arms bulge and the fat doesn't get reduced.....plz help... Suggest me any remedies without excercise how can I reduce my arm fat with home remedies...

Well in my experience no1 till date is able to address their problem of overweight and bulge or fat without exercising So I feel that your perception of reducing 1. Your arms bulge in particular is not even a problem area 2. Fat percentage if high must be high all across your body so I’m sure you definitely need to work on your body as a whole to reduce your fat percentage 3. Thirdly when your focus & perception is so very clear with your arm fat why don’t you stop eating sweets & dry fruits ?? Which then can be a simple way for lesser bulging arms

First of all you should avoid excessive fat intake in your diet pattern. Sometime due to excessive fat body retain water too due to that at your excessive fat area you can feel heaviness and bloating. You need to check whether you have water water retention problem or not? Second to reduce weight take healthy and balance meal as per your scientific analysis and constitution.
