I have been trying to lose weight since 2017, although I have been successful many times but I tend to regain weight very easily.
I gave birth to twins in 2018, my thyroid was borderline, no other health issues.
Anxiety and depression is another issue I have been facing since the birth of my twins.
What can be wrong with me.

As per mine opinion you might be under stress that might lead to anxiety . You might be having disturbed sleep pattern. what I should suggest you to take consultation from a qualified dietician and your eating pattern should be suistainaible.
Whenever the thyroid issues are there, weight gain is one major hurdle.
I don t know what are the means in which you were able to lose weight earlier.

Sufficient sleep
Plenty of fluid intake
Stress free mind free life is needed for you to maintain your weight.
Diet has to be altered n such a way your diet fits in with the family s general meal pattern so when you reach the ideal weight also you can easily limit what you are eating and how much u r eating.
