Healthy evening sir, Possible causes include drinking too little water, exercise, obesity, weight loss surgery, eating foods with salt and sugar. Infection and family history might be important in some people. There are four types of kidney stones: calcium oxalate, uric acid, struvite and cystic. Studying the stone can help understand why you have it and how to reduce the risk of further stones.
Health Tips
Drinking enough water will help to keep your urine less concentrated with waste products. Eat more fruits and vegetables, which make the urine less acid., then stones maybe less able to form.Animal protein produce urine that has more acid, which can increase your risk for kidney stones.
